A Fun Filled Easter Sunday
“Schools out ! It’s Easter , It’s Easter my favorite time of the year” Fairy Adam said to Fairy Layla-Cakes.
Fairy Adam has always loved Easter Time since he was a little fairy and used to stay up all night in hope to get a glimpse of the EasterBunny.
One night he was just about to close his little brown eyes when all of a sudden he saw a shadow of a bunny hop hop hopping past his bedroom window.
Can you guess who it was boys and girls ?
None other than the Easter Bunny who had just left some lovely Easter treats for him.
Every year since, he has slept with one eye open just in case he sees his friend again.
Fairy Layla - Cakes loves Easter too and this year has outdone herself by making each fairy a custom made Easter egg.
Because the fairies are staying safe in the forest this year Layla-cakes and Adam have been put in charge of the “Easter Hop” and all their fairies friends around the world will join in through the power of Zoom.
Each fairy decorated their own tree and fairy door , Fairies Lola , Sunny , Libby , Ruby and Skylar decorated Fairy Princess Erica’s tree , it twinkled so bright with multicolored fairy lights that the man in the moon had to put on his shades .
The Easter Hop started at 5pm , oh what a huge success it was . There was music via Skype from the fairy band “ Easter Parade” , lots of singing , dancing , Lol’s , chats, jokes and lots of fun all at a safe distance and best of all lots of Easter treats like Easter Eggs, Chocolate covered Cheerios and Raisins , Bubble Gum Pie, Strawberry Candy Floss too.
Then at 9pm just as the party ended , the fairies with chocolate filled bellies jumped into tiny colored bubbles and made their way down to the forest floor and gathered around Erica’s tree where something sweet and magical happened.
The fairies formed a heart shape and they closed their tiny eyes and their wings started to glow and shine so so so bright that all fairies on the kingdom beyond the stars could see it .
Princess Erica wanted to send support, love and magic by shining a light to all the boys and girls , mammies & daddy’s , grannies and grandads around the world.
Princess Erica ended the shine a light ceremony with this : The difference between fairies and humans is that their wings are hidden in their hearts.
